The Most Heartbreaking Story Yet From the Waco Massacre

Melissa Owens tells a love story worthy of Nicholas Sparks watching Sleepless in Seattle. She and Bobby were high school sweethearts… they drifted apart after high school.. she went to college, he took four years of training to become a master electrician. When several years later she left a loveless marriage with her two boys in tow, she ran into her high school sweetheart, and it was like they had never been apart. She was afraid to tell him she has a disabled child.. but when she did, he said “I loved you since junior high.. I’m not going to stop now.”

Her crisp efficient voice fades into a dreamy sigh as she describes how this amazing man rode into her life like a white knight on a chrome horse. The first time Payden, her non verbal son, met Bobby, he immediately reached for him, threw his arms around his neck, and pointed at the motorcycle.  When Payden is wheeled out of the house in his wheelchair, he reaches out to touch the motorcycle. Her voice catches as she describes how Bobby took all the training necessary to help her care for her son..  She rattles off the intimidating words.. feeding tube, catherization, shots.. all the things that Bobby learned to do to help the woman and kids he loved so much so quickly. She tells how she works all day every day caring for 14 horses, and sometimes comes in to find Bobby fixing her dinner or taking care of her boys, or maybe curled up napping with Payden and his iPad on the couch.

bobby

Unfortunately, Melissa’s glass slipper slipped.. and fell crashing from her hand onto the floor of the Waco jail. She tearfully tells how some prisoners are to have court dates on June 5th, but the ones who don’t have court appointed attorneys have to wait until the first part of July… it seems that the city of Waco has decided to just work the bikers in whenever they can on their regular docket.

Bobby suffers from sleep apnea.. He cannot sleep in his breathing machine unless he agrees to stay in solitary confinement throughout his incarceration. Melissa is of course worried about his physical well being.

He is also the President of Distorted MC… she proudly tells me of the fundraiser held for her little boy by this club, and all the charities they hope to work for in the future.

“Bobby and I are childhood sweethearts. We lost touch after high school and got back in touch about 2 yrs ago. We need to go grow up and now that we have found each other again it was like coming home for the both of us. I am a single mom with twins, one of which is medically fragile. Bobby has a Heart the size of Texas, he has welcomed me and my boys into his life with no hesitation. Last June when we found out that Payden would need a kidney transplant, Bobby stepped into action to put together a Benefit to raise money for him. He worked selfless hours to make it happen for Payden. When Bobby had some time off work he came down to stay with myself and the boys. He learned how to care of all of Payden’s needs including breathing treatments, chest treatments, pulling and administering medicines, g-button care, chateteration, making Payden milk mixture, setting up his feeding pump and has attended many weekly therapy session a long with attending doctors appointments when he was not out of town working. Bobby always makes sure that we have our time even when we are raising our boys. He looks forward to giving back to the community and helping others. Bobby and I have personally attended several benefits in and around our hometown of Rockdale. Since his Motorcycle Club came together about 6 months ago we have helped with several benefits and charity rides. We hope to continue in the future. I also wanted to let you know that Bobby loves his family and would do anything to protect them. He would never put his family (me and the boys, or his Distorted family). In harms way.  I have had him come stand next to me because a gentleman at a benefit walked to close to comfort for him and did not like the way the man looked at me. He is a family man even though he has no children of his own. He is a man of character, kindness compassion and love.”
bobby3
At the time of this print, Bobby has been in jail for ten days.. Even though he has no criminal record of any sort and belongs to a tiny family club, he is being held on a million dollar bond in Waco over a shootout he had nothing to do with except he happened to be standing in the parking lot when it occurred. Please pray for this man to get out of jail and get back to his family really soon… because right now, when Payden is wheeled out of the house, and when he reaches out to touch the motorcycle.. there is nothing there.

God Save the Queen.. Another Female Biker Victim of Waco

Ester Weaver was arrested for attending a CoC meeting in Waco, Texas where a shooting occurred… along with her husband and nearly two hundred other people. When Ester is searched out on the internet, the only club that can be found that she has any affiliation with herself is the Queens of Sheba (Social Club) M/C. This is an extremely interesting find. See, the Queens of Sheba? They are in fact acquainted with a secret fraternity of men who have meetings once a month all over America and shy away from media coverage… They are called the Masons. The Queens of Sheba are an order of the Eastern Star… pillars of their community. How did one of these women possibly get arrested for doing nothing more than riding her motorcycle to a meeting?

queens of sheba

“The Queens of Sheba Motorcycle Club is a group of Order of Eastern Star and/or women who would otherwise be eligible through the bloodline of a Master Mason, Prince Hall Affiliated. With members throughout District of Columbia, Maryland and Killeen, Texas. We are a group of strong, determined, committed, and focused women who came together to enjoy our love of Sisterhood and Motorcycling.”
The purpose of the club is to incorporate professional respectful women who enjoy riding motorcycles and who are interested in the relief of women, widows and youths.

Our Mission is to continue to build on our strong foundational roots within the order to:

  • Introduce the experience of motorcycling to our family and friends
  • Support our community through attendance and participation in local events
  • Help aid and assist the sick & shut-in, as well as contribute to the relief of women, widows and youths
  • Model a positive image of sisterhood through the community in all walks-of-life
  • Provide a support system to aid our PHAmily and community in times of need
  • Foster and promote unconditional love and respect for each other

Ester seems to be one of many beautiful, confident amazing women, predominantly black or hispanic, according to the photos. There is absolutely nothing about any of them to hint at criminal activity. Quite the opposite in fact.

The Killen chapter of the club describes itself as:

“The club initially based in the Maryland, Virginia and District of Columbia area. We have started a chapter in Killeen TX. Queens of Sheba M/C was formed to enjoy our love for sisterhood and motorcycling. QOS is a club with strong family values. We strive to create a positive image of sisterhood…”

As of this print, Ester and her husband are both still being held in Waco jail on false charges under a million dollar bond each.

The Distorted Truth.. Biker Victims of Waco

distored distored2

Distorted MC is a new mom and pop motorcycle club in Texas. “Mom and Pop” means they are family oriented, all very close knit and loving and most club events are okay to bring the whole family. They are proud of their seven members and five ol ladies, who spend one hundred percent of their club time and money doing things to help children in need, clothes drives toy runs, and sponsoring families at Christmastime. The fact that this MC is very much NOT one of the hardcore clubs is that it allows women to become full patch wearers. Everyone in the biker community knows that women absolutely never under any circumstances are allowed to join clubs such as the Bandidos or the Hells Angels. That MC stands for “men’s club” in their opinions. Distorted is indeed a baby club, born only six months ago. They hadn’t even had time to wear the shine off their patches when their lives changed unexpectedly.

They all went to just another CoC meeting on another bright Texas Sunday afternoon. Julie Perkins, a full patch member, left her ol’ lady at home not feeling well and joined several of her club brothers, while Morgan English decided to attend the meeting at the last minute with her husband. The Distorted members were not in the immediate vicinity of the altercation or the shooting, by two separate accounts when they heard shots fired. They heard someone yell for them get down. Julie saw her friend from the Line Riders go down. The cops came in like swat with AK-47s and made them lay on the floor face down for quite some time. They were then taken outside where they had to sit around for several hours. Around 8 p.m. Julie messaged Kamala that they would be taken to a convention center to answer a few questions and then she would be home. This was the last she heard from Julie that night. The next morning it was on the news that the bikers had all been arrested. Over half of Distorted MC has been behind bars for over a week, including the two women, Julie and Morgan. They have all lost their jobs, vehicles, and reputations. Their club would have to gather an accumulative 6,000-6,000,000 to get them all out on bond. Morgan and her husband are both in jail, which has to be having a detrimental effect on their home and life.

morgan2  morgan4

Julie is an Army veteran. She has been a fireman and an EMS/EMT. She currently was working at a school where the children now walk around asking “Is Miss Julie a gang member?”

julie2

When asked for a quote about Morgan English, this is how her sister in law Melissa English responded.

“She(Morgan) is a bank teller. She and my brother married three years ago. They do not have children, just three dogs that they consider their children although they have recently started trying to start their family. She’s always one of the first to volunteer for fundraisers and charities, such as the fundraiser for one of the children of a member of their mc who is awaiting a kidney transplant and she always participates in Relay for Life. She was even able to get my brother to wear a dress to one of the events! She’s very outgoing, funny and fiercely loves her family and friends. Going to Twin Peaks with my brother was a last minute decision, she was literally throwing things together as they were walking out the door. They have been dealing with a possible move into Houston, as my brother is looking for a new job. He was one of the approx 160 people laid off from Valmont recently. She went with them last Sunday as a way to take a break from all the stress. They had just gotten to twin peaks when everything started happening. My brother said they were walking toward the front door when they heard the commotion on the patio side, they started to walk over to the patio to see what was going on but before they got there the shots started. They ducked and ran the other direction.

She is strong, but this has been very hard on her. She is keeping her sense of humor and says she calms herself by telling herself she’s just on a “cheap vacation”.

We ask that you keep the members of this fledgling club in your hearts and minds. They do not have the resources to help each other out of tight spots. This is extremely devastating on all of them. The English family have this fundraising account set up to try to help them out of jail…

https://life.indiegogo.com/fundraisers/1281833

We are coming together to ask for your support in raising the money needed to help a United States Marine veteran and his wife with legal fees, home utilities, house mortgage, etc. in a very difficult time. William English and his wife Morgan ride motorcycles with a group of friends who regularly get together to host fundraising events for local charity. They are not violent criminal gang members, but instead the kind of people who would give the shirts off their backs to help absolutely anyone in need. Will and Morgan pulled into Twin Peaks in Waco, Texas on Sunday, May 18th, anticipating a fun evening with fellow motorcycle riders; however, when they walked up to the restaurant, they were greeted by the site of bikers running for cover as gunshots rang through the parking lot. Will ran his wife to safety; however, because they were both wearing leather vests with a patch, they were both arrested and are currently facing charges for engaging in organized criminal activity and their bond is set at $1,000,000 each. Neither Will nor Morgan were involved in any of the violence, but they are being held, nonetheless as criminals, as are nearly 170 others, most of which have no prior criminal history. To top things off, William was among approximately 160 fellow employees who were recently laid off when their division was shut down company-wide. William has been employed with this company for the last nine years since his return home from his tour in Iraq as a Marine. Will and Morgan were counting on his severance package to carry them through until he could find new work; however, now that they are in jail, he has been unable to contact work and has been terminated, losing all benefits. William served his country bravely, he was proud to fight for the freedom of those he loved, and now he is being treated like a violent criminal just for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. As his family, we desperately need your help in raising the funds to hire an attorney to have them released. The attorney that we spoke with in regards to William’s case quoted us $15,000 for him alone, we are expecting the cost for an attorney for Morgan to be about the same. We also are trying to make sure that we are able to cover their mortgage, home utilities, car impound fee, as well as the cost of communicating back and forth over the phone from the jail, which has already cost us several hundred dollars. Please consider donating to these wonderful people, Will has given so much in defending our great country, they both have hearts of gold and they don’t deserve what is happening to them.

Thank you for your support!

This is a quote from the facebook page of Julie’s partner, Kamala….

julie3

As you all know I have not said much on here about the shit in Waco. As I sit alone and think, I realize how many great people I have around me. I have had so many friends and family call me, text me, help me in my time of need, and just plain be there for me. I’ve had friends that I have not spoken to in a while that have jumped up and been there. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank each and every one of you.

Well here it goes….

I understand Julie Perkins , Bobby Samford , William English , Morgan Allen English, Steven Walker , Jimmy Spencer have all been arrested for their unproven involvement with the incident that occurred at Twin Peaks in Waco, Tx.

They are all dedicated friends, and community members. They work with local youth, and elderly communities all over the state of Texas. They have helped organize fundraisers, food, toy and clothing drives as well as many benefits to help the needy, appreciative families, individuals, group homes and orphanages in Texas.

The clubs in which they belong to are ones that are focused on the community. They do ride alongs to protect military families during the burials of the fallen.

They have huge hearts for humans and animals alike and are unbelievably loyal and loving.

I understand that not everyone in attendance in Waco is a law abiding member of society. However, this group of individuals are. They are dedicated to protecting and building up the communities they live in and around.

We are engulfed in worry and concern about their physical and mental health… As we know they are concerned about our well being.

If there is any way for you all to take the time to truly investigate these individuals, you will see you are holding the innocent for no legitimate reason.

These are only a few of the heartbreaking situations being caused by the nefarious behavior of the Waco Police Department. We the bikers feel that the video should be released immediately, or the prisoners released immediately. The reports of how many of them are doing without proper medicine or insulin, of wounded still in jail with bullets or fragments inside them, and of course around 170 people who watched their friends gunned down in cold blood before they were then basically kidnapped themselves, are sickening. Its time to speak up, America. Its time to question where is the justice department… Its time to tell the truth.

Bike Night Shut Down Makes a Comeback in Arkansas

Posted in Uncategorized with tags , , , , on July 11, 2014 by the Wicked Bitch

20140711-104754.jpg

There has been a recent bout of various governments and law enforcement shutting down bike nights using zoning laws as the reason. Arkansas is not an exception. A-State Boys MC, a sport club that is ran by strict protocol and intermingles heavily with the heavy in our state had this happen to them. We have many different bike nights in Central Arkansas but 501 is by far the best one around. A-State State President Travis Lemmons is a consummate entertainer and event planner, and when combined with DJ Petey, they ensure a fantastic time at every event. The entertainment is never raunchy or rowdy beyond a bikini bike wash or a rap song. I have seen everyone from Bandidos to Boozefighters to CMAs at their events. The activities they host include things like tough man contests doing push ups, cold water challenges, a Jackyl concert, a wrestling match.. Their bike night was held on Thursday Nights at Twin Peaks bar and restaurant, a huge two story Hooters type establishment with rustic lumberjack decor. I never witnessed anyone popping wheelies or doing burnouts or any other erratic or dangerous behavior there.

In April, a devastating tornado wiped out a large portion of central Arkansas and I had the privilege of working with A-State and the 501 bike night gathering relief for the victims of the storm. We had an unprecedented turn out and filled our trailers and had to send out for more. While we were moving bikes and trailers around trying to gather all the stuff we collected, there were vice cops milling through the crowds.

We were even on Channel 11 News taking help to Mayflower… While the cops were picking on us we were doing this:

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – Arkansans are doing everything they can to help disaster victims regroup after the storm.

At the Verizon Arena, the motorcycle community gathered to drop off donation items and stuff a tractor-trailer full of supplies. Once they got the truck loaded, the bikers gave it a free escort to the damage sites.

“As a motorcycle community whether you’re with a club or not, it’s ingrained in us to support our state, and anytime Arkansas goes through a tragedy like this, the motorcycle community is going to come together to support it,” said one of the club leaders.

Different motorcycle groups had drop-boxes set up across the state. As an incentive to donate, a local tattoo shop gave out free Arkansas tattoos to anyone who dropped something off.
here is the news story…

That night they wrote tickets to Twin Peaks bar for the bikes being parked in the wrong place and the city of Little Rock completely shut down bike night using zoning laws.. Or at least they tried to. We are Arkansans, we don’t give up easily.

Our tried and true bike shop and home of the Abate District 1 Toy Run and the legendary ride to Toy Hill, Rodney’s Cycle House has once again stood and delivered. Proprietor and long time Hamster Rodney Roberts has recently opened a new fabulous location.. It includes a huge store, the Handle Bar bar and grill, and of course his bike shop… He was hosting a bike night on Thursdays as well. We all know bikers don’t leave other bikers behind.. A-State and Rodney joined forces and now we have a super badass bike night of epic proportions. I don’t really think you can zone bikers out of a bike shop either.

Congratulations, Arkansas bikers, for your continued teamwork, unity, and tenacity. I am proud to be one of you.

Amy White’s Story

An excerpt from Amy’s book “Wicked Bitch”

Throughout the bittersweet years, I have been through seven Harleys, a few men, a billion camels, a million miles, a river of tears, a good bit of whiskey, and a lifetime of highways. I have painted hundreds, probably thousands of cars and trucks. Four and a half of the most recent years I spent weeping pathetic tears, for my body finally rebelled against all that paint I breathed, and I became stricken with all manner of autoimmune disorders such as lupus. Through lots of Steroids and even chemotherapy type drugs, I haunted the years that I wasn’t able to ride, mournfully admiring the fact that I made it to Sturgis and back to Arkansas, most likely with the onsets of life threatening lupus torturing my body for over four thousand miles. These words are typed by boney scarred hands that once swung a paint gun in the rhythm of an artist and outworked any man, yet shake with fragility and curl with the throbbing pain of arthritis. The lean mean body of a woman who could conquer any highway with steel assed hours on a harley, would fight any grown man or fix any broken car is now a ghost of my fondest memories. I now live in a crippled wispy body that is actually killing itself from the inside with autoimmune diseases. Now my every waking moment echoes the whispers like butterfly wings of my life slowly slipping away. Never again will I indulge in a chili cheeseburger eating contest with my biker family or go back for a second plate of turnip greens and fried potatoes. These days I consider myself lucky if I eat an apple and my daily handful of pills and don’t end up worshipping the porcelain god. Most mornings I awaken with a strangling gasp on my lips at the blinding pain squeezing me like a vice. I take tiny little yellow pills of chemotherapy that make me wish I could die to feel better, just to stay alive. I live in the quiet silent hours of darkness, prowling the realms of my mind through sleepless nights searching for somewhere to escape the pain. The long legs that once two stepped all night in 6 inch heels now often strain and quiver with the effort it takes to carry me to the bathroom. Never again will I pack up and head for Sturgis with just a dream, a prayer and my harley. My face now bears witness to the fluttering demon that has invaded my body, the beauty I once took for granted now hidden beneath red blotches of lupus flare ups, hollow sunken eyes and scars from breakouts caused by any exposure to the sun. I do not write this in search of pity. I do not want anyone to feel sorry for me. There is a certain serenity in knowing how you will die. It makes you treasure each day, and realize truly what people and life really mean to you. Don’t cry when I am gone… rejoice because I was here.
I have lived a thousand lifetimes in thirty four years. I have loved and lost, cried and died, and loved again. I have learned that no matter how bad it hurts, you can keep on going on. I now know it solves nothing to despair over things you cannot cure. I no longer rail at fate for allowing me to be struck down so soon… instead I treasure the memories of the heights I soared to before I crashed. I have driven 80 miles an hour down a gravel road. I have met legends. I have laughed until my stomach hurt, and I have cried real tears.
I never would have believed I would live to see a black man elected president. Never could I have imagined Brett Favre being anything but a Packer. I thought Chargers and Challengers were muscled myths of my childhood. I never imagined you could feel so very old when you are still so young. Never could I have thought living could be so hard, or take so much effort. But what do I know? Some days I’m not even sure I’ll see tomorrow.
For nearly a decade my life has consisted of rumbling chrome dragons that breath hot exhaust that is a sweeter scent than any flower, for it also carries the scent of freedom, wind, laughter, tears, and memories. Probably thousands of these amazing memories flood my brain as I try to choose the parts that best portray my life, and who I am. I guess the best way to describe it is recently I had a conversation with my husband, when he was first contemplating learning to ride with me…He said, “I guess you will always be a biker’s girl.“
I answered, “No, honey, I will always be a biker.”

Introduction to Wicked Bitch, by Arthur Veno, Ph.D.

Wicked Bitch is the amazing autobiography of a truly colourful and amazing character whose lair is located in the heart of biker culture. Amy (the wicked bitch) White writes her account of her life experiences in the characteristic vividness and deep story lines which remind the reader of the many wonderful Southern writers who have preceded her.
Born into an Arkansas family, she learned early to cope with adversity, hardship and poverty. Her family lineage gives one the first indicator of just who we are dealing with. She comes from a family of incredibly strong and determined women who were rumoured to be witches and bitches due to their highly eccentric lifestyles and attitudes spanning many generations of her Arkansas family.
Her accounts of her early, formative years gives readers a wonderful insight of growing up in hill billy country Arkansas and leaves readers with the crystal clear cultural factors which spawn the very rare woman she is to become.
Her father recognized his little girl’s talents early in life and she became his shadow… painting, body work, mechanics and respite from her horribly injured Mother’s verbal and physical problems created in her a love of the masculine. She is a Man’s woman and this shines through her story.
Her early years were spent spray painting cars and working with other toxic materials with her larger than life father. His baby girl had inherited from her mother’s side of the family a genetic disorder which is gradually causing her to go deaf. However, song is always with her and her writings capture the ‘head talk’ of songs which richly permeates her writings. The readers get to hear just what song is in her head as the rich tapestry of her life is hung out before us.
Some of us will not recognize any of the songs, others some and the majority will recognize all. This extremely unusual writing style was refreshing to this reader, providing changes in mood, tone and ambiance as the songs which fill her heart and soul are hinted at throughout this wonderful autobiography.
The book made me laugh (see Steve’s actions at the Gulfport rally and crawdad festival for an example), cry (see her diagnoses of Lupus) and come to the awareness that from adversity comes strength and character.
The toxic fumes she breathed while working with her Daddy and on her own creations completely ruined her immune system and she now suffers from a medical condition called Multiple Connective Tissue Disorder, which means she has several autoimmune disorders, including life-threatening Lupus. While this is perhaps one of the most devastating diseases on this planet, Amy transcends the disease by taking constant chemo-therapy. Once she was able to pull herself together from the Lupus and learned to live in her ever silencing world; I again found myself saying in my own mind “Go on Amy, you can do it girl,” when she finally gets back onto her Road King after several years of total incapacitation from Lupus.
Oh, she can be tough, a cyber bully in her own terms; she can kick ass in person too, be ever so sweet (watch out for her then!) – But most of all she has a huge heart, a zest for life which is truly inspirational and a great friend – always making time to help those who are in situations similar to herself.
The story of the Wicked Bitch is a must read for many reasons. It is the first biker book written in the traditional Southern literary style; it is about accepting and being the best you can with the cards you have been dealt and, finally; it is an inspirational and outstanding read from an accomplished magazine writer and contributing author to several books who has chosen to lay it on the line and tell it like it is in one book.
Amy is truly a biker chick. The 1% tiny little tattoo on her shoulder had me confused at first. I wondered if she was associated with one of these clubs. However, I soon came to understand that Amy is truly a 1% er in life and passion for life. She is also a 1%er in her love for motorcycles and the raucous fun of a damned good rally.

This is the kind of book which has huge hairy behemoths from the clubs crying when they read it. Sometimes they are tears of sorrow; other times they are tears of joy. Women readers of the book, will, of course, have another take. There will still be the tears of joy and sorrow, but; it’s the manna which floors you gals as I am told by my missus. She is inspiration and living proof that love of life conquers all. Men come and go, the bike stays.
Thank you so much for letting me read your wonderful book and honouring me with the opportunity to write this forward. Go for it Girl! I can’t wait for the next one.

if you build it, they will come… Tribute to Michael Ballard’s FUll Throttle Saloon, In the Wind, 03

Posted in Uncategorized with tags , , , , on June 24, 2009 by the Wicked Bitch

It is the stuff dreams are made of.. a lone man with a goal, a mission, a pursuit of something that exists to no one else but his own heart. When Michael Ballard first purchased the large vacant lot in Sturgis, South Dakota, no one would have ever believed that this young, vibrant man would soon be the builder of a legend, the mastermind of a masterpiece, the creator of something so awesome, so unforgettable that it stands as a pillar forever in the memory of the Sturgis experience… he is the proprietor of the infamous Full Throttle Saloon. As it stands there in all its unique, almost eccentric, magnificence, people flock from all over the world to find out what everyone is talking about.

For the duration of the wild, unabashed abandonment that is Sturgis Bike Week in all its glory, the Full Throttle serves as a mainstay for thousands upon thousands, nearly busting at the seams from the overwhelming crowds that gather to attend the great concerts and gaze upon the buxom beauties that work behind the countless bars. The false store front, reminiscent of the old west, lends a friendly air to the vast crowds that rush the establishment. The open air arena inside with its surrounding boardwalk, donning vendors and tattoo artists and everything in between, stays packed in constant fun and excitement as the bandstand is graced by all the greats, and the crowds peppered with the famous clientele that look upon the Full Throttle as a second home. An almost carnival-type air is provided by the games that decorated the outer walls, and an amazing adrenaline rush is filtered through the masses almost incessantly by the tire melting, piston popping competitions in the burn out pit. The quaint originality of the decor varies from dark blues bar settings to black lights and dazzling neon, and is accented by the bikes, cars, trucks and buses littered throughout the graffiti endorsed walls, transforming the place into a museum of all that is outlandishly cool.

Aside from the beautiful bartenders, a large draw to the place is the entertainment that Michael works so dilligently to provide. Such acts as Motley Jackson, Blue Jack, the Russell Jackson Band, Gutter Boys, and Shakedown prime the earliest crowds for the endless nights of kick ass partyin’, and the “in your face” headliners drive home the hard rockin’, heart stopping action that brings down the house, featuring the awesome music of such names as Brand New Sin, 38 Special and Nazareth. The entire week one of the main draws are the Purrfect Angelz.. the scantly clad dancers who tantalized all with their hot, grinding, exotic performances, featured mainly on a pool table which served as their center stage. These sexy dancers, with their hint of erotica, are famous in their own right, having starred on television and the internet, and still find time to tour with the Easyriders Bike Show circuit. Seems these wonderful creatures boast brains as well as beauty.

A long standing tradition of the Full Throttle is the blowout that occurs Thursday night every year, when the celebrities arrive, the speakers are blasted to the max, and always features the wild and wooly, head banging, chain saw slinging musical orgy of award winning, record holding Jackyl, whose lead singer, Jesse DuPree also moonlights as Michael’s best friend. This tradition had a very unusual start, as do most in our leather clad society. Seems that the first year the bar opened, there was a last minute cancellation on Thursday nite, and Jackyl offered to fill in at the very last minute. This was a first time meeting of Jesse and Michael, and the beginning of an ironclad friendship as well as partnership where they both work together to make the Full Throttle the best damn biker bar in the world. I think they have succeeded. One of their favorite stories concerns a buffalo farm near the location of this infamous saloon.. legend has it that the music is so, well, moving, that the buffalos get rather excited and tend to mate each year, on the Thursday nite of the rally. I suppose this proves the guys to be enviromentally conscious as well?

Another added beniefit of the Full Throttle is the close proximity to so many campgrounds, with its prime location on the edge of town.. several campgrounds are even walking distance, if you feel the need to endulge in the entertainment of alcoholic beverage, you don’t have to worry about trashing your scoot or waking up in the drunk tank the next morning.

Seems that Michael’s fantasy of the world’s greatest biker bar has come to reality, and, from his focused dreams, devotion and hard work he has realized that if you build it, they will come… by the thousands.

“Amy White’s Wicked Bitch is a white-knuckle, runaway ride on a motorcycle on fire; a white trash manifesto that hits like a crowbar to the brainpan and goes down with all the subtlety of a straight shot of whiskey. Dripping with pickup truck sex and sung to the tune of red, white and blue rock ‘n’ roll with a southern twang, Wicked Bitch is an American love story told in a smoky roadhouse; the true story of a biker woman who will not rest until she spits in the devil’s eye.” Dave Nichols Editor Easyriders & V-Twin Magazine Paisano Publications, LLC

“Wicked Bitch screams through the backdrop of the real south just the way the moonshiners and the booze runners did in their hot rod Fords a generation ago–hammer down and to hell with anything that gets in her way!”
